BIKE RENTAL CONDITION
To rent a bike identity document and credit card are required as garantee. The documents will be photocopied and returned at the moment of rental. We have 2 shops in the heart of Rome well connected by public transports.
Bikes, unless prior arrangements, may be withdrawn and returned in one the anyone of our stores From 9:30 am to 8:00 pm at established time; However, you can extend the rental period advising us by phone at numbers that we will provide you at the moment of rental.
The Rate Includes a chain with cemented mesh with padlock, an approved helmet (for those who wants), lights, repair kit for punctures (FAST), and map of the City. In case of non-repairable punctures or other mechanical problems we guarantee assistance in every area of the City. The Customer is responsible for any damage or theft of the bicycle.
Children weighing up to 10 kg can be accommodated in a front seat, over 10 kg Up To 25 kg on a back seat. The seats are free. We can provide bicycles suitable for children from 6 years onwards. Please, contact us for any further information.
SCOOTER RENTAL CONDITION
To rent a Scooter drivers license (B for motor up to 125 – A for higher motor displacement) and a credit card ( on which we do not block any amount) are required as guarantee .
All our scooters are equipped with lock, proper papers, liability Insurance, two helmets (use of helmet is mandatory), hygienic under helmet cap ( if request), assistance in the case of mechanics problems ( inside the GRA). We stress that driving a scooter, especially in a big city, is not like a game and proper experience is required without which is likely to cause serious harm to yourself and others.
For this reason if the renter, on our unquestionable judgment, is not able to drive a scooter, we will be forced to cancel the booking and retain a portion of the rental fee. No fuel is Included in the rental fee, the renter will be consequently asked to return the scooter with the same fuel level found at the moment of the withdrawal.
We have two shops in the City center in a well-connected area by public transportation. It is possible to choose In which shop to collect and return the scooter on a time Included between 09:30 and 20:00; You also can request the delivery of the scooter to the cost of Euro 10:00 per scooter and the retreat for the same price. By prior agreement by phone it could be possible to extend the rental period.
In case of fine for an infringement of the traffic laws, customer is kept to pay. The amount will be deduct charging credit card. In case we are unable to make the payment we’ll have to dare your dates to the police. Police will send the fine to your address of residence with remarkable increase of costs. For bureaucratic Jobs that the bureaucratic management of fines requires, we will charge Euro 20.00 each fine.
